More winning service from Pace

In early 2008 Pace concluded a review of our customer services function and we set ourselves a goal of being recognised as "best of breed" for customer service in the freight industry.

The CRM Contact Centre Awards were introduced to New Zealand in 1997 as a means of providing an annual 'snap-shot' of how New Zealand Contact Centres are responding to customer enquiries over the telephone and Internet.
The awards have gained considerable momentum over the last eleven years with more companies realising the importance of providing their customers with superior customer service.

On Friday evening Pace received two awards.


Pace was recognised as the best call centre in the courier services category.

This was followed up with a Supreme Gold Award - second place for customer services in New Zealand (less than 50 seats).

To be judged best in the freight sector was a fantastic result, to be judged second in NZ across 14 industry sectors was beyond our wildest expectations.  The awards reflect the hard work of the Pace Customer Service Teams in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch over the past 18 months as we have focussed on how we best meet the needs of our customers.
