    The CRM Contact Centre Awards were introduced to New Zealand in 1997 as a means of providing an annual 'snap-shot' of how New Zealand Contact Centres are responding to customer enquiries over the telephone and on the internet.

    On Friday evening Pace was judged the best call centre in the courier services category.
    This is now the second year in a row that Pace has won this award.

    We’re extremely proud of this achievement, but mostly we’d like to thank our customers as it’s their support of Pace that drives us to provide the best possible customer experience.
